Going To The World

For the Chapel Hill fellowship, we realize that the body of Christ is ever-reaching beyond itself to touch the world with His Gospel. We challenge our members to find at least one area of service as we make Kingdom growth our top priority!

Missionally, we organize around the Acts 1:8 model - strategically reaching our Jerusalem (Community), Judea (Florida), Samaria (North America), and the Uttermost Parts (Global).

Our Jerusalem: Tallahasseee & the Big Bend

MISSION PROJECTS:

ONGOING MINISTRY:

Our Judea: Florida

Our primary mission effort here focuses on Disaster Relief. And anyone can serve! We have members of our church trained to serve with Southern Baptist Disaster Relief and ready to respond when disaster strikes.

Upcoming Disaster Relief Training. This is mandatory training for those who desire to work in Southern Baptist Disaster Relief. Cost: $25 for first-time training. Church Coordinator: Danny Burnett for more information

Our Samaria: Vermont

There is no more effective way to reach the world than by planting vibrant churches to minister and serve. That is why we are prayerfully serving alongside new churches to effectively reach our continent for Christ!

Vermont Church Plant

  • Waterbury Mission. We are partnering to plant a church in the Green Mountains of Vermont.
  • Church Planters: Brian & Allison Conyers

Our Uttermost Parts: Global

Our international partnership is with the Florida Baptist Children's Homes and Iglesia Del Camino, a new church plant in Antigua, Guatemala to rehabiliate the Children's Malnutrition Center at San Juan, northwest of Guatemala City.
